All ferry systems require NAA (National Airworthiness Authority) approval for each country that the aircraft may be operated in. CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) requires a Special Flight Permit for aircraft operating in a ferry role, further information regarding the regulatory requirements may be located on the CASA website.
