Airline support is a core service area for Auto Avia Design – we have been providing 24 hours, 7 day support to QantasLink for over 15 years.

Interior Re-configuration (LOPA Change)
Auto Avia Design has produced certification data packages for numerous interior reconfigurations, including LOPA, detail design drawings, and structural justification reports. Our experience includes:

With prior experience in interior re-configuration, Auto Avia Design presents a low risk, economic solution for airlines and prime contractors. We can assist your organisation in meeting Preliminary and Conceptual Design Review (PDR, CDR) deadlines.
Repairs
This includes damage assessment and design of repair schemes for:

- Cracking
- Lightning strike damage
- In-service damage
Auto Avia Design can provide 24-hour Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) support at any one of Australia’s regional or domestic airports.
Our prompt response to AOG requests ensures that your aircraft is quickly returned to revenue service. Temporary repairs are followed-up by permanent repairs complete with a damage tolerance analysis, where applicable.
